 Major Tasks and Activities:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing mails, documents; answer telephone calls and take messages

• Deals with emergency issue independently and takes initiatives to handle it during absence of GM/ top executives

• Communicates the instructions of GM/ top executives accurately

• Reports the information submitted by each department accurately

• Composes letters and takes minutes during meetings

• Maintain a good filing system

• Schedules and arranges meeting, makes reservations and travel arrangements

• Provide general secretarial and office administration assistance

• Liaise with relevant government departments and officials for business related issues

• Provide assistant to any other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• 
  

• University graduate, degree in English Language, Finance or Business studies

  disciplines preferred

• Minimum 2 years' experience in International Corporation, preferably in real estate, professional services industries

• Integrity and honesty, uses discretion appropriately

• Ability to handle discreet and confidential information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all matters

• Experience in dealing with government officials is preferred

• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels

• Good spoken and written English & Chinese skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Application with strong acumen
