岗位职责：

1.  负责基础岗位人才面试邀约、接待等工作；
2.  负责员工关系管理，跟进公司人员入职、离职、转正、离职等手续的办理，劳动合同签订、续签或终止，考勤管理等；
3.  负责公司员工薪资、年终奖金核算，福利落实、社保、居住证积分办理等事务性工作；
4.  负责员工档案资料的收集、整理、存档和保管工作；
5.  负责公司企业文化建设，年会、员工活动组织、策划和安排，组织年度总结评比和表彰活动；
6.  贯彻落实各项规章制度的执行；
7.  负责公司固定资产管理，定期盘查固定资产使用情况；
8.  领导安排的其他各项事务。

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，熟悉人力资源管理，有3年及以上相关行政人事管理工作经验；

2、具备良好的团队意识、沟通能力及抗压能力

3、有亲和力，细心、有责任心，超强的执行力，良好的职业操守；

4、有医药行业人事管理工作经验者优先；
