Work Scope: 

工作范围 

1.Generate sales in the area of responsibility in accordance with agreed revenues and cost budget. 

在指定地区拓展销售，完成既定销售的销售指标 

2.Projects management: work with architects, general contractors, end users and explain the products benefits and results 

项目管理：帮助设计师，总包方，最终用户理解公司产品和优势 

3.Distribution development & management 

销售网络的开发和管理 

4.Collect market/competitors data 

收集市场信息，监控市场发展 

5.Assist to develop the company brand and improve the product competitiveness 

协助发展公司品牌以及加强产品竞争力 

Required Qualification: 

资格要求： 

1.Bachelor degree in any disciplines 

本科学士学位，任何专业 

2.at least 2 year sales working experience, preferable in construction relevant industries 

至少二年以上销售工作经验，与建筑相关优先 

3.Microsoft Office 

会使用微软系统 

4.Self-discipline, work independently, professional working attitude
