Main Responsibilities:

1. Audit 3 way match ,Ensure accounts payable /accounts receivable advance payment ets are booked in SAP accurately and timely

审核三单匹配单,确保应收,应付、预收等准确及时在SAP中记录

2. Supervise and check voucher in SAP created by accountants

监理和核对SAP系统里由会计人员建立的凭证

3. Check billing and price, ensure accurate of revenues and accounts receivable in SAP

检查SAP系统中生成的收入和价格，确保收入和应收帐款额的准确入账

4. Supervise and following up  fixed assets, CIP and capitalization ，Ensuren assets accounts and phsical assets match

监理及跟进固定资产、在建工程和资本化状态，确保账实一致

5.  Set schedule and handle monthly and annual closing process

设立和负责月度和年度的结账计划和实施

6. Setup monthly closing time schedule and follow up status

建立月度结算工作时间表并跟进其状态；

7. Monthly review key accounts in SAP to ensure accurate balance

每月审核SAP里的关键账目，确保余额的准确

8. Provide timely and accurately MR report and annual package report to group, complete other required report by group

准确及时地向总部报送月报，年度报表和其他总部要求的报告

9. Report weekly net-debt, and monthly rolling forecast and flash report to group accurately and timely.

准确及时地向总部报送净负债周报，预测月表和月快报

10. Handle finance related plant report

负责与财务数据相关的工厂报告

11. Audit tax report,Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the tax data

审核税务报表，确保税务数据的真实、准确

12. Monthly tax forecast and claiming the key tax sources report etc

月度税收预测及重点税源等纳税申报

13.  Provide tax related report internally and externally

提供内外部税收相关报告 

14. Complete accurately and timely annual budget package

15. Manage common seal and follow the procedure

16. Ensure effective and efficient usage of SAP

17. Support finnace Dept. archiving management

18.  Complete other work requirement from finance manager and finance supervisor

Requirements:

1. College in Finance or EconomicBachelor degree or above 

财务或经济类本科及以上

2.  GL Accounting in FIEAt least 2 years

外企总账会计经验至少2年

3. Fluent English

英语熟练

4. ERP system
