Duties& R工作职责：

    

Property & Facility Management

    

物业及设施管理

• To assist Head of Finance & Admin to plan and develop capital works and renovation projects.
• 行政运营总监规划并实施建设和翻新等项目。
• To maintain buildings, fixtures, fittings, furniture and services in a serviceable and attractive condition and in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines.
• 学校健康与安全工作指导方针，确保建筑、设施、设备、家具状态良好，保持良好的服务水平。
• To prepare a preventative maintenance plan.
• 预维护计划。
• To maintain records of utility service lines.
• 公用事业服务的相关记录
• To manage storage.
• 库存。

                                            

Grounds

    

场地

• To prepare and maintain play and grassed areas, including sports fields and areas.
• 场地的设置与管理，包括运动场所和相关区域。
• To maintain pedestrian ways, service roads and other traffic areas around the School and signage.
• 学校周围的人行道、辅道和其他交通区域，以及引导标识。

                    

Service Management

    

服务管理

• To exercise responsibility for the daily security of the premises.
• 日常安全管理。
• To oversee the outsourced services.
• 外包服务。
• To provide assistance with arrangements for functions, excursions and projects.

Budget & Administration

    

预算管理

• To assist the Head of Finance & Admin to prepare for annual plan, reporting and monitor expenditure.
• 行政运营总监准备相关预算规划、报告并监督其执行情况。

            

Health & Safety Management

    

健康与安全管理

• To manage the Health and Safety standard of the school.
• 学校健康与安全标准。
• To reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent undertake any delivery of service to the School.

Skills and Experience Required

• Good bilingual communicator both orally and in writing

• Minimum 10 years’ of experience working in in in facilities and property management

• Solid project management background
