关于我们的做市业务：

Group从成立之初到目前为止，其核心业务主要是在全球期货交易市场中从事做市业务，尤其是专注于在交易最活跃的欧洲、亚太和美国衍生品市场。Group通过自有的交易平台，运用我们内部开发的软件和算法，在全球超过25家的交易所进行定价和交易。通过在市场中的多年管理经验，Group能够在亚洲、美国和欧洲的固定收益、指数、股票和大宗商品期权市场提供流动资本，并且长期占据交易所排名统计的主导地位。

关于我们的Alpha交易：

Alpha交易是我们业务中的新成员，他建立于2008年，主要负责全球期货的量化交易。从成立至今，我们已经拥有了一支高效的、专业的量化团队，团队成员通过监测全球市场的微小的价格波动，为集团提供创造***利润的机会。

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other relative fields. Master’ degree or above is a plus.
2. Strong mathematical and statistical modelling skills preferred. Prior Quantitative research experience is a plus.
3. Proficiency in coding
4. Strong self-learning motivation, excellent problem solving abilities and judgment with a strong attention to detail
5. Strong English language skills; ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms
   
   

Responsibilities：

1. Provide support for our trading/research team
2. Research based on market data and identify potential alphas or trading opportunities
3. Complete coding tasks
   
   

Intern period：

3-4days per week and at least 3 months
