To control and analyse all chemical activities on site in compliance to customer expectations and NADCAP requirements and be part of a value added team.

·         Customer audits - Proactive support in preparation for audits and participation during 2nd & 3rd party customer audits and NADCAP audits

·         Planning and organising work – The ability to work around unplanned customer issues that cause re-prioritisation of workloads

·         The ability to work unsupervised for extended periods, while ensuring efficient time management & effective fulfilment of objectives

·         Responsibility of attendance of Quality meetings and update of designated KPI’s.  Understanding of data analysis to plot trends, compile and display results and implement improvement activities to yield improvement

·         Proactive support of Quality Standards, promotion of company continuous improvement activities, coaching and other training activities as required

·         Input into and / or lead the review of customer specs / approvals to ensure Gardner compliance to customer specifications.  Update of specifications as required

• Awareness of Health and Safety policy and procedures and actively drive compliance through good practice and co-ordination with safety representatives and site safety officer as required

·         Formal Chemistry qualification and general experience

正规化学资格证书和一定的经验

·         Technical knowledge & experience within the aerospace sector

航空航天行业的技术知识和经验

·         Knowledge of AS9100 Aerospace standard

熟悉 AS9100 航空航天标准

·         Some knowledge of NADCAP chemical process auditing

·         Planning and organising of priorities and objectives

·         Full responsibility for the operation within the Chemical Laboratory for completion of tasks in a timely manner and within customer specifications.

三：Measurable performance indicators/objectives of role:

• Achievement of targets to required standard (i.e. Compliance to test matrix, tests started, tests not started, stock reports, REACH reports, IPPC compliance etc.)

An annual appraisal will be held to ensure the employee and their Line Manager is happy with their performance, progress and development. Further reviews may also be held to discuss any ongoing training needs of the employee.
