1.Purpose of role:

工作描述

• 确保产品满足所有的NDT方面的要求。

To ensure that all the product meets all NDT requirements.

• 负责NDT工作站的建立、管理、维护、审核及人员的培训。

Responsible for the establishment, management, maintenance, audit and employee training of NDT process.

2.Key accountabilities:

主要职责：

· NDT FPI工作站的建立；

Establishment of NDT (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) process;

· NDT FPI检验操作规范的制定；

Formulation of NDT (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) inspection operation specifications;

· 操作人员的指导、培训和授权管理；

Guidance, training and authorization management of operators ;

· 确保检验过程符合程序、规范的要求；

To ensure that the inspection process meets the requirements of procedures and specifications;

· 确保通过各种相关的审核、认证（客户审核、NADCAP等）；

To ensure that all relevant audits and approvals are carried out. ( customer audit and NADCAP,etc)

· 设备的维护；

3.Core skills/attributes needed:

职位要求：

· 本科及以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

· 测试，机械，化学，材料类相关专业

Major in testing, mechanical, chemical, material or related field

· 四级及以上 ，英文读写良好，听说良好更佳

CET 4 or above, good level of written & verbal skills

· 熟悉Office办公软件使用

Be proficient in using office software

· 至少5 年工作年限，在FPI岗位到少3年工作年限；

Minimum 5 years working experience and minimum 3 years working experience in Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection

· 航空企业NDT工作经验，熟悉航空机加件，钣金件产品；

NDT work experience in the aerospace industry and familiar with aerospace machining parts and sheet metals

· 至少精通FPI检验技术，持有NAS410 Level Ⅲ证书；

At least master of Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection;Formal qualification of NAS410 Level Ⅲ

· 熟悉航空零部件的NDT检验及相关验收标准，具有空客，RR，赛峰，GE等国际航空企业NDT检测标准经验更佳。

Familiar with NDT and related acceptance standards of aerospace components and working experience in NDT test standards of international aerospace enterprise such as Airbus, RR, Safran and GE is preferred.
