1.Purpose of role:

负责公司设备、设施系统的运行与维护管理，持续优化维护、维修工作流程，开展并持续推行节能改善工作。

    

Responsible for the operation and maintenance management of the company’s equipment and facility systems; Optimize the maintenance and repair process, and support the implement in energy saving improvement across the company .

    

    

2.Key accountabilities:

    

主要职责：

    

    

·           制定并持续完善设备、设施保养计划，管理制度等程序文件；

    

Formulation and continuously improve the equipment and facility maintenance plans, management control systems and other documents;

    

    

·           指导设备、设施档案的建立与健全，组织做好各种资料（技术资料、维护资料等）的整理及归档；

    

Guide the formulation and improvement of equipment and facility archives, organize the sorting and archive of technical materials, maintenance materials, etc;

    

    

·           根据设备的运行情况，提出优化（或改造）方案并跟踪实施，持续降低设备维护成本

    

According to the behavior of the equipment, propose and track the implementation of the optimization; And support the equipment maintenance cost saving activities;

    

    

·           建立设备故障分析机制、持续提高团队故障排查能力及维修能力；

    

To establish the equipment failure analysis procedures and improve the troubleshooting capabilities and maintenance capabilities of the team;

    

    

·           建立并持续优化水系统、变配电系统、中央空调系统等动力设施的运行与维护管理制度并督导实施；

    

To establish, optimize and implement the operation and maintenance management system of water system, power distribution system, central air conditioning system and other power facilities;

    

    

·           定期对水电气等能耗数据进行分析，确保水电气的有效利用并持续开展节能改善工作;

    

Analysis of energy consumption such as water, electricity and gas on a regular basis to ensure the use of utilities effectively and continue to carry out energy-saving activities;

    

    

·           厂区公共设施（如电梯等）的日常保养及维护修缮管理；

    

Daily maintenance and repair of public facilities on site (such as elevators, etc.);

    

    

·           贯彻国家有关政策、法律、行政法规、标准和公司各项安全环保规定；

    

Implement relevant national policies, laws, administrative regulations and company’s safety and environmental protection regulations;

    

    

·           组织公司安全、环保、消防等专业大检查，排查隐患，督促有关部门制定重大隐患整改措施；

    

Organize professional inspections of company safety protection , environmental protection and fire protection to investigate hidden dangers and urge the relevant departments to formulate corrective measures for major hidden dangers;

    

    

·           组织实施公司新建、扩建、改建项目的环境影响评价、安全评价工作；

    

To organize the environmental impact assessment and safety assessment of the company's new construction, expansion and reconstruction ;

    

    

·           制定EHS应急预案，定期组织应急演练；

    

Formulation the EHS emergency plan and organize emergency rehearsal regularly;

    

    

·           与各部门保持有效沟通，确保部门工作的及时性、有效性及连续性；

    

Maintain communication with all departments to ensure coordination between departments;

    

    

·           建立内部沟通制度，确保工作落实到位并及时了解员工反馈；

    

Establish an internal communication system to ensure the implementation of work and timely received employee’s feedback;

    

    

·           建立并推行部门激励与奖惩制度，强化员工的责任意识及团队精神；

    

Establish and implement the department incentive and punishment system, strengthen the employee’s sense of responsibility and team work.

    

    

3.Core skills/attributes needed:

    

职位要求：

    

    

·           本科（含）以上学历，理工类专业。 

    

Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering.  

    

    

·           八年以上相关工作经验，至少具备五年以上设备及动力系统管理经验。

    

At least 8 years working experience and at least 5 years equipment and power system management work experience.

    

    

·           具有5年以上相关厂务管理经验，能详细分析设备异常原因。

    

More than 5 years of facility management work experience and ability to analysis the cause of equipment abnormality in details.

    

    

·           具有精密制造或航空制造业设备、设施管理工作背景，具备良好的管理经验。

    

Work experience of equipment and facility management in precision manufacturing or aerospace manufacturing.

    

    

·           具有高度敬业精神及责任感，工作原则性强。

    

Strong working principles and High level of professionalism and sense of responsibility.

    

    

·           沟通协调能力强，团队凝聚力佳，有高度责任心，执行力强，抗压能力强。

    

Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, strong execution and strong resistance to pressure.

    

    

·           能熟练运用办公软件及各专业类软件（如：AutoCAD)。
