Responsibilities/Tasks

职责/任务

1、Establish and integrate a filing system regarding competitor’s information, distributor and key customer file. And update them according to market changes;

建立和整合竞争对手、代理商、关键客户的信息档案，并根据市场变化予以及时更新；

2、Coordinate with related parties to prepare project tendering documents on request;

协调相关配合方，根据要求准备项目招标文件；

3、Be responsible for the documents collecting and preparation which serve the ISO Internal Audit in sales & marketing dept;

负责销售市场部ISO体系审核资料的收集和准备；

4、Be responsible of the service to national sales team regarding the sales and marketing activities;

负责在相关销售和市场活动中协助销售团队；

5、Good management in CRM and provide the data analysis report;

管理客户关系管理系统，并提供数据分析报告；

6、Be responsible of the service to regional sales offices’ operation on request;

根据区域销售办公室的要求提供支持；

7、Check and register the expense reimbursement of sales department;

登记和审核部门的各项费用报销；

8、Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

主管安排的其他工作。

Education background, relevant professional skills

岗位所需学历及相关专业技能

1、Above associated college degree;

大专以上学历；

2、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive mind and good team spirit;

优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，热情，并富有良好的团队精神；

3、Good skill of computer;

良好的计算机能力；

4、Good spoken and written English.
