Mission:

To support the existing products and to help expand the solid wire product portfolio

Responsibilities

·Develop long-term strategic plan in support of the growth-oriented strategy and objectives. Revise monthly

and ratify with key stakeholders.

·Manage business intelligence activities: analyze market trends, emerging technologies and market shares

results to identify opportunities for growth.

· Keep track of Competition to understand what our competitors are doing and especially how we can

differentiate ourselves from them.

· Maximises effectiveness of the Sales Team by creating Sales tools and Training programs for Sales

Team and Customers.

KPI's

· Sales revenue & market growth

· Profitability

· Market share analysis updates

· Inventory turnover & fill rates

· Portfolio expansion

· Prepare Chinese language product literature and products specific contents for the Web, working

together with Marketing Communications

· Work with all related departments within the organization in order to make it easy for the sales team to

promote and grow industrial resale products

·Develop associated accessories to help grow sales of bulk package products as well as create additional

revenue stream

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

· Degree in marketing, welding, or other related field preferred

· Knowledge of the welding market is preferred

· Sufficient level of technical capability

· Strong ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
