Responsibility:

Be responsible for all purchasing activities management of the plant

Be responsible for Capital projects procurement of the plant.

SAP purchasing module management

Supplier management and rating

Procurement planning and reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

Establish Production material, Capital Goods, MRO material procurement process of plant by combining with Group process.

Yearly process review and optimization

Manage, control and approval of all purchasing activities and projects of the plant according to the process.

Department Target & Commitment set up according to Group and company target & commitment and ensure the achievement.

Support Group purchasing for Global purchasing projects or execute designated oversea projects

Qualification

Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or Finance & Commercial

At least 5 years work experience in automotive industry, and more than 3 years in procurement

Familiar with the process of supplier development in the automotive industry, ability to organize the whole development project individually

Work experiences with SAP-system.

English fluent both in written and oral.
