• - Belongs to MOSFET Business Unit.
• To be the coordinator of new package development and cost reduction for MOSFET. Project management is
• required.
• To drive MOSFET package roadmap and technology platform, and work with A/T site to build capability,
• qualification and release.
• Look for the enhancement of package capability to make product performance and cost more competitive with
• high quality assurance.
• Support marketing group in new design-in activities.
• Work with process, yield and quality group cross functionally to resolve issues associated with package.
• Support the other PTE tasks assigned by direct Manager.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor of Semiconductor/Mechanical/Material or related or above；
• 5 years experience of Package design/develop or Assembly engineering；
• Familiar with Semiconductor product knowledge/Semiconductor process knowledge/APQP,FMEA knowledge
• Familiar with LDF/MD/TF/Sawing tooling design & vendor capability analysis is preferred.
• Experience in MOSFET/Power package/ Discrete design is preferred.
• Material expert/Process capability experience & product performance improve experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to demonstrate effective project management and the ability to communicate with all levels of engineering.
• Knowledge of Engineering failure analysis.
• Self-motivated and willing to work individually.
