Data Analysts deeply understand the power of data to generate quality customer insight, manage information, identify trends and make decisions.
As a Data Analyst in the Reporting and Analytics CoE, you will be working alongside teams within the ANZ tribes or the operation teams to establish business needs, defining new data collection and analysis processes in view to develop an analytical application generating value for ANZ.
The Data Analyst role sits within our Australia Data-Chengdu, where the mission is to effectively integrate analytics and decision science into operations to drive revenue or cost reduction.

-Good understanding of Banking and the products, markets, industries, channels and customer segments dimensions and awareness of scenarios modelling optimisation opportunities
-Strong campaign, design and development techniques including inclusions/exclusions, privacy, channels mix and customer contact optimisations
-Strong partner in co-design (Data Scientist, Journey/Product/Channel SMEs), with good understanding of Cx, channel and product dimensions and performance measurement
-Good design capabilities to meet user needs and drive decision making from the data
-Solid understanding of how to present and visualise data using the right tools for the right purposes
-Solid understanding of data management techniques including consumption requirements
-Implementation or Planning for upgrades/patched/support & management of analytics applications and infrastructure capabilitie
-Enhance, support of cross-domain application & data assets
-Ongoing management and uplift of several production and operational processes in the analytics domain including firstline support
