1、Familiar with basic project management process, drive problem shooting and ensure process or requirement is established.

2、Perform Finance team tool management covering requirement consolidation, system build up and training.

3、Understand Finance team functions and collaborate with other teams to support new production deployment and be responsible for system automation. 

4、Coordinate with Finance team to Assist any new project or new production deployment.

4+ years in finance, strategy, or business analysis roles

？Familiar with regulatory requirements (Preferable)

？Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end operational flow

？Quick learner comfortable with making informed decisions in ambiguous situations

？Able to develop content independently, often under significant time constraints

？Bachelor’s degree or above

？Fluent in Mandarin and English (Preferable)

？Experience in Fintech or Payment Industry is strongly preferred
