1. 协助销售团队，针对用户需求，提供专业的技术咨询及系统测试解决方案，主要包括在高速光通信器件、收发组件和系统测试。售前服务包括产品方案介绍及演示，以提升客户的体验和满意度，帮助公司完成销售计划。  

2. 为用户提供高质量的售后服务，包括技术解决方案的实施，产品培训和技术支持。 

3. 明确客户的问题并针对问题提出满足客户应用的解决方案。 

4. 配合和完成新产品、新方案和新技术的推广工作，使客户能快速了解公司新方案的特点和优势。

5. 依据公司产品发展战略，总结测试测量技术特点和应用，撰写技术资料、应用报告、技术建议书等。 

 

任职资格： 

1. 具有本科、硕士及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、微电子或相关专业 。

2. 具有丰富的光通信基础和应用的知识，例如100G/400G以太网、光收发组件、DWDM、 相干通信等。 

3. 至少有 3 年以上的半导体、数据通信或相关领域工作经验，特别是在高速光通信模块或系统研发方面。

4. 具有编程的基本知识能力，至少熟悉 C++、VC、C#、VB、Matlab 或其他高级开发语言中的一种。 

5. 具有良好的交流沟通能力，团队合作精神和工作热情 。

6. 认可公司企业文化、愿意例行公司的商业行为准则。 

7. 良好的英语能力。

8. 一定时间的工作出差。

Description :  

1. Provide technical support on Keysight optical communication test instruments which are used in high-speed optical communication components, transceiver and equipment testing. 

2.  Provide professional technical consultancy services and recommend total test solution to Keysight customers.  

3. Provide post-sales support, including solution implementation, product training and technical support for Keysight customers, so ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process. 

4. Understands customer’s challenges, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction.  

5. Integrates Keysight products and services (at the system/solutions level) into customer’s environment. 

 

Qualifications :  

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree or above in communication, electronic engineering, microelectronics or equivalent specialty.  

3. Have rich knowledge on optical communication like 100G/400G Ethernet, Optical Transceiver/Component, DWDM, coherent communication, etc. 

4. At least 3 years working experience in semiconductor, data-com or telecom industry. It is preferred that applicants have working experience in research, development or testing on high-speed optical components or communication system.  

5. Project experience with test instrument programming is preferred. 

6. Good working initiative, communication skills and teamwork spirit. 

7. Good command on oral and written English. 

8. Willing to travel.
