POSITION OBJECTIVE

Liaise internal and external parties to build, operate and enhance a payment processing platform. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

（1）Work with Business, Operation and Technology partners to drive out high-level product technical solutions or cross application/system enhancements for consideration and prioritization

（2）Act as liaison between the business and technical teams for larger, cross-functional efforts

（3）Provide assessment, directional guidance for business/development requests and estimates for the intake efforts

（4）Integrate new requirements into existing product and service solutions leveraging project management skills and product development expertise

JOB REQUIREMENT

（1）Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.

（2）2-5 years experiences in product delivery/project management/customer support role in card payment industry, chip card technology, software, financial or information services would be an added advantage.

（3）Good working knowledge of card payment processing systems including message routing, chip card processing, authorization, clearing & settlement and connectivity.

（4）Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English are required.

（5）Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

（6）Strong track record at synthesizing products and services from multiple functional areas into value propositions that align with regional or local customer needs

（7）Ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to both business and technical audiences
