Principle Accountabilities:

  

主要职责：

  

1. According to the corporate policy and process, responsible for the production process management of the workshop and process operation procedures, provide necessary process operation skills training, lead the shift team’s safety and process training, monitoring production and quality control. Deliver the related process reports and data analysis;

   根据公司政策和流程，负责车间的生产工艺管理工作，负责参加编制车间工艺操作规程，对员工进行必要的工艺操作技能培训,领导班组的安全和工艺流程培训，监控生产和质量控制，提供相关工艺报告和数据分析;

2. Lead the execution of Process, Safety SOP and Lean Production. Assist the shift supervisor in addressing, handling or reporting the production/process key issues; 

     主导工艺、安全SOP和精益生产的执行，协助当班主管处理生产/工艺关键问题;

3. Track and revise the process SOP for best practice by working with the corporate process technology teams; 

     与公司工艺技术团队合作，跟踪和修订工艺SOP，推动***实践;

4. Take a leading role in managing the team’s process training and the related process performance assessment; Assist unit supervisor in production quality control and technical daily affairs

   主导管理团队的过程培训和相关的过程绩效考核;协助车间主任做好生产质量管控、技术日常事务工作。

5. Responsible for and implement the quality standards of the semi-finished and finished products, raw materials and the grade standards of finished products.

   参加制订或者修订半成品、成品及原材料质量标准和成品等级标准，并贯彻执行。

6. Responsible for the analysis and investigation of technical and quality accidents in the production process and put forward handling suggestions

   负责主持生产过程中的技术质量事故的分析调查工作并提出处理意见

7. Responsible for process safety management, master process safety management elements, process technology information and process equipment information of the plant, have certain evaluation ability for process safety operation, and provide process safety data support

   负责工艺安全管理，掌握工厂工艺安全管理要素，工艺技术信息，工艺设备信息，对工艺安全操作具有一定的评估能力，提供工艺安全数据支持。

8. Any other work assigned by the immediate manager。

   直接主管安排的其他工作。

                                

 

  

Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed

  

任职要求：

  

1. English as the working language is a plus both written and oral/presentation;

   英语口语和书面表达流利，能作为工作语言使用者优先录用；

2. Bachelor’s degree in chemical process engineering, energy, metallurgy or related area, and Master is a plus;

   化工工艺、能源、冶金或相关专业本科学历，硕士研究生学历者更佳；

3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process engineering, support or production management experience in special or petrol chemicals or metallurgy business directly or indirectly supporting manufacturing sites. Able to engineer the general chemical process, and deliver process technology support for selecting the general chemical equipments；

   精细化工、石油化工或冶金行业五年以上工艺设计、支持或生产管理经验，并且直接或间接为生产基地提供业务支持。能独立完成一般化工工艺的初步设计，以及一般化工设备选型的工艺支持。

4. Data driven, strategic thinker, addresses partner and internal / external customer needs;

   专注数据依据和战略性思维相结合，具备为业务合作伙伴和内外部客户提供业务需求解决方案的能力

5. Presentation and change-management skills is a valuable plus;

   具备良好的演讲汇报和变革管理能力；

6. Proficient user of MS Office suite, and AUTOCAD

                      熟练使用MS Office办公软件，和AUTOCAD制图软件。
