职位描述
【岗位职责】
①负责电表结原材料来料品质控制工作。
②确保来料满足开发的品质要求。负责制定供应商出货品质目标(DPPM, LAR),并且确保执行。
③定期（季度，年度）对供应商进行审核，根据审核结果，要求供应商在承若期限内对问题用8D报告的形式进行关闭，并且予以确认。
④对于供应商5M1E的更改，要进行评估，论证，接受后让供应商发出SPCR。
⑤对于产线和IQC发现的来料品质问题予以确认。根据问题的严重程度，决定是否发出SCAR,并且要求用8D报告的形式予以关闭。
⑥支持QBR会议，对供应商打分评级。
⑦按照开发SOURCING的`要求，对新供应商进行评估，论证。
【任职资格】
1、全日制大学本科及以上学历，电子、材料等相关专业；
2、了解了解电子元器件，PCB，LCD，五金件，塑胶件的品质控制；
3、了解品质手法、精益生产、六西格玛等相关内容；
4、具备制造业ODM相关职业背景者优先。
注：此岗位需要出差。
