【岗位职责】

1.负责公司研发流程制度的建设、维护，并科学的严格执行该流程；

2.负责推动研发内部的知识分享和知识管理；

3.组织项目需求分析，跟踪项目进度，安排项目评审会议、项目站会，完成会议纪要，并跟进待办事项执行进度；

4.协调研发内部项目资源，对开发进度和实施过程进行监督、控制；

5.负责部门项目管理流程改进，针对目前项目管理过程中存在的问题和现状，提出合理化的建议方案并推动方案的落地实施；

6.制定、完善与产品质量有关的流程，确保产品在研发和生产过程中，持续符合客户、标准、所涉及法律法规及公司内部的标准；

7.熟悉产品研发控制流程与新产品评价方法，对研发项目进行过程审计。

【任职资格】

1.全日制本科或以上学历；电子信息、自动化、机电、通信等相关专业；

2. 3年以上有需求管理或项目管理经验；

3.有研发或测试相关技术背景；

4.熟悉CMMI、IPD研发管理体系者优先；

5.熟悉嵌入式产品的架构及嵌入式产品的相关技术；

6.熟悉产品集成开发流程，熟悉产品研发过程，具备基本的研发项目管理知识；

7.具有较强的项目风险管控意识、协调能力和沟通能力，有推动团队持续改善问题的能力和毅力；
