This is a Production Development Specialist reporting to Production Manager in Business Area – Motion, Drive Products located in Beijing, China which provides defined services to the internal customers with best quality in the most efficient way.

- Being responsible for preparing technical management specifications, automation project acceptance specifications of automation systems and equipment.
- Being responsible for preparing maintenance specifications, verification requirements and inspection specifications of automation systems and equipment.
- Being responsible for organizing spare parts management, spare parts demand and spare parts selection of automation system and equipment. Being Responsible for organizing automation project construction plan, construction process supervision and construction progress control.
- Being responsible for routine maintenance and repair work of automation system and equipment to ensure the stable operation of automation systems.
- Being responsible for hardware and software modification and improvement of automation system and equipment.
- According to the change of production process, modifying and improving the control logic and control scheme of configuration software of automation systems.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics and other related majors.
- More than 3 years’ experience in relevant automation system Integration Company.
- Familiarity with PLC programming of German/Japanese or other brands, use of robotic systems and teaching aids. Experience in debugging and using ABB robots is preferred.
- Should be familiar with Servo Motion System and Products and with the Likong or C# configuration software.
- Should have good communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be skilled in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
