Core tasks:

-Together with rBU/PPU, take the product Quality- and Target Cost responsibility and accountability for related Product Group

-As Partner to PPU, contribute and support in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Preventive Quality Planning (PQP) as part of TTM process

-Main interface of rBU for all supplier quality related issues after SOP (e.g. ECR, 8D, concessions, defect cost reimbursement…)

-First escalation level for the Plant for purchased parts quality issues

-Support achievement of Cost targets for related Product Group along the entire Product Life Cycle

Responsibilities & Authority:

-Purchasing Quality responsibility accountability for the responsible Product Group within the plant along the product life cycle

-PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) for purchased parts; Operative handling of initial samples / ISIR release

-Complaint management & defective cost management (details: s. RASIC chart )

-Blocked stock handling & Concession handling

-Represent Purchasing in Plant Point-CIP activities

-Measure supplier Quality Performance: Plant / rBU specific KPIs

-Operative handling of quality cost reimbursement

-Trigger escalation of supplier (as input of Q-escalation process)

-Support all the relevant quality projects in rBU project team

-RPP / Tooling (incl. tooling transfer): Tech. Discussion, measurement harmonization, Process audit, Test & qualification-check,

-Product Certifications and audits support

-Product Purchasing Quality performance and reporting

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Mechanical, Electric or Electron or Quality Assurance or equivalent.

2. 3 years minimum experience in motor or Ele. production quality control, or supplier quality and development

3. Be familiar with supplier audit ( i.e. VDA6.3, ISO9001, TS16949, process audit, CSR audit)

4. Good skills in quality preventive and problem solving , root cause analysis and quality tools practical applying

5. Good English in oral and technical discussion with worldwide stakeholders and suppliers

6. Be familiar with MS office software, proficient in excel and power point

7. Able to work and complete tasks under adverse condition and pressure with frequently domestic travelling
