职位描述
【岗位职责】
1.负责IQC日常管理&来料检验方法优化，来料质量数据定期统计分析等，负责与SQE&器件管理部共同梳理&优化物料检验项目&测试方法；
2.负责根据SQE出具的物料检验指引，评估IQC设备是否满足测试要求，如不满足，提出设备采购需求；
3.当SQE提出物料检验新需求时，负责与SQE沟通并明确来料检验方法，并培训IQC检验员；
4.负责梳理&优化来料检验流程&检验系统；
5.负责IQC测量系统评估&管理；
6.负责IQC人员的工作安排和日常管理；
7.负责来料检验数据定期统计分析 ，撰写IQC周月报；
8.来料检验相关体系文件优化升级。
【任职资格】
1.全日制大专及以上学历，电子信息等相关专业；
2. 3年以上电子制造业来料检验工作相关经验；
3.通过英语CET4；
4.熟悉掌握并且能够运用SPC，6-Sigma，Minitab，GRR等统计工具进行品质分析；
5.逻辑清晰，良好的数据分析能力，报告撰写能力；
6. 良好的沟通协调能力与抗压能力。
