This is a Finance Manager role, reporting to Business Controller in Business Area Motion located in Beijing, China which provides defined services to the internal customers with best quality in the most efficient way. Financial Manager supports the Company/LBL Controller in all financial aspects of the business performance and is responsible for monitoring, tracking and analysis of financial result from different angles.

- Preparing financial key data analysis and identify key business drivers and potential risks, preparing executive summaries for monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis and assist in presenting for management team.
- Consolidating and participating in all aspects of financial forecasting and monthly variance analysis for LBL and LPG.
- Creating, designing and building dashboards and PowerBI analysis package to track performance targets and business objectives.
- Improving financial and operational performance by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management, supporting Company/LBL controller with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis to implement various financial projects.
- Seeking out and collaborating with LBL/LPG controllers to incorporate business changes and interdependencies into forecast projections.
- Teaming with Accounting and other Finance team members to review and analyze monthly results, sharing and leveraging best practices.
- Supporting finance manager for yearly budget activities.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree, major in Accounting/Business Administration and / or equivalent experience.
- Must be proficient in SAP (SD, FI and CO modules), Excel and PowerBI.
- Must be a strong financial specialist, structured, result oriented and pro-active, with demonstrated high level of analytical and cross-cultural communication skills, strong accounting background preferred.
- Requires high level of coordination skills in order to collaborate with business teams.
- Good problem-solving skill, approaching problems with open mind and persistence in order to implement sustainable solutions.
- Should have high team spirit, accuracy and independence, willingness to learn / continuing education.
- Fluency in English desired.
