所要求的专业技能：

1、具有良好、规范的代码书写习惯；

2、精通PHP，熟悉 Linux+Nginx+php+Mysql 网站架构，熟悉设计模式。

3、熟悉网页前端，html、css、javascript以及常用的框架；

4、有一定网站或管理信息系统开发经验；

5、熟悉数据库的优化；

6、熟悉 Linux 操作，有LNMP的部署与性能调优经验；一定英文文档阅读能力；

7、具有较强的团队意识，高度的责任感；善于沟通；对工作积极严谨，勇于承担压力；

8、具备丰富的分层平台开发经验，参与完成过大型应用软件的开发，能牵头带领开发成员完成项目工作；

9、了解业界主流技术，理解其原理及实现机制；

10、有大型管理信息系统开发经验的优先。

工作经验及其它要求：

1、参与产品、项目的开发，能针对需求提出问题，改进意见；

2、撰写开发文档,使用文档；

3、按照项目计划，遵循公司软件开发流程按时提交高质量代码，完成开发任务；

4、对分配的维护模块，进行文档及代码的维护，编写，根据产品需求进行迭代开发；

5、前沿技术研究和新技术应用。
