Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Communication

Digital Marketing Communication Strategy

- Assist Marcom manager and Marketing manager to develop and implement digital communication strategy of Asia.

Social Networks

- Manage social network accounts, which is WeChat in China and Facebook/ LinkedIn in Asia.

- Write and issue articles via social media accounts. Share unique brand content to targeted community.

- Coordinate the digital initiatives with headquarter.

- Collect VOC for continuous improvement.

Website

- Manage the website content,

- Daily maintenance and update of the product portfolio on the website.

- Update job references and news

E-mailing

- Collect information and manage the design of internal E-newsletter.

- Support PMM to design product memos, internal announcements, etc.,

- Edit publications and press releases

- Work closely with Sales team to implement e-mailing campaigns

Sales support

- Daily maintenance of Teams shared folder to share the latest marketing tools with sales team across Asia.

- Other daily marketing related support to sales team.

Marketing Communication Support

Marketing tools

- Assist MarCom Manager to design and update the marketing too

- Coordinate with other departments to complete the production of the marketing tools

Events

- Assist MarCom Manager in organizing Gerflor external and internal events and marketing activities

- Assist MarCom Manager to arrange online events, such as webinars

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree, Communication / Marketing or related discipline

- 1-3 years working experience in marketing or communication role, and knowledge in digital marketing is a must

- Be interested in social networks and good sense of design

- Good team player, self-driven and can work independently
