Position purpose ：

To ensure the product quality and capability, within the limit of relative policy and budget, perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in process products and finished goods according to legal specification and/or company in house quality standards; retain the test records. 为了确保公司生产、分装产品的质量，遵守相关政策及预算之内，根据法定标准和公司内部标准及相关检验程序, 对原材料、生产中的产品和成品进行检测，并保存分析结果记录。

Major tasks and responsibilities of position:

  

1. In order to provide accurate testing results on time, perform and record chemical/physical/instrumental/microbiological testing for materials and products by approved Quality Specification /Testing Standard and SOP. 按照批准的质量标准和检验程序及SOP，对原辅料、包装材料、半成品及成品进行理化检测/仪器/微生物分析，及时提供准确的测试结果；

2. In order to provide accurate quality control monitoring result, conducts and records the monitoring as per SOPs / Quality Specification /Testing Standard. 按照SOP/质量标准和检验程序，开展日常监测；

3. In order to provide accurate testing results for stability study perform and record chemical testing for stability test samples following protocol / Quality Specification /Testing Standard and SOPs. 按照稳定性试验计划/质量标准和检验程序/SOP，开展稳定性试验；

4. In order to keep the instruments in qualified status, operate and perform qualification/calibration/cleaning/ maitenance according to SOPs. 检测仪器的管理，根据SOP操作、开展确认/校正/清洁和维护；

5. In order to keep safe and tidiness of working area, handle chemical reagents, chemical reference substances and perform operation appropriate to compliance with the regulations and SOPs and 5S. 确保和维持工作区域的安全和整齐，按照相关规定/SOP/5S的要求处理化学试剂、化学对照物质和开展相关试验操作；

6. Responsible for the qualification/validation of new instruments, analytical methods validation, process validation, cleaning methods validation; 负责新设备的确认/验证工作和分析方法的验证，参与工艺验证、清洁验证；

7. Participate the drafting of quality standard and test procedures, drafting or revising of related SOP; 参与起草质量标准和检测程序，起草或修订相关的SOP；

8. In order to ensure the smooth and efficient operation, performs the other work assigned by the superior in an accurate, timely manner. 及时有效地完成上级领导安排的其他工作；

Qualifications:

  

Education/Experience: Bachlor degree or above,majored in Chemical, pharmaceutical, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary or realated subjects,at least 5 years working experience in related positions.

  

教育/经验：化学、制药学、或畜牧兽医相关专业，本科及以上学历，至少3年相关岗位的工作经历；

  

Specific Knowladge & Skills: Familiar with lab-instrument-handling,GMP and GLP;

  

专业知识：熟悉实验室仪器操作，熟悉国家GMP流程和质量管理规范；

  

Good teamwork spirit , willing to help others, good computer office skills and English reading & translating skills.

  良好的团队合作精神，乐意帮助他人，良好的办公软件技巧和英文的读译能力。
