1、根据BBY要求，运用科学的市调工具，进行目标市场区域的经济、人口、商圈、市场容量等调研；
2、根据调研结果形成调研报告，上报分部及总部；
3、负责竞争对手门店发展情况持续跟踪，了解其发展动态，为分部选址提供参考信息；
4、负责在目标区域寻找意向物业，了解物业基本情况，包括面积、基本条件、租期、对方报价等相关信息；
5、负责制作意向物业的盈亏分析资料，参与意向物业的合同条款谈判，并报发展中心、法务部进行审核；
6、负责合同签约相关证件的调档工作；
7、负责合同报批资料的制作（EVA、YELLOW BOOK），并跟踪审批进度；
8、负责合同的归档工作；
9、参与降租谈判工作；
10、负责网点规划的报审工作，包括材料准备、进度跟踪；
11、参与面积富余卖场的招商工作，寻找适宜合作伙伴，并就招租合同进行具体接洽、谈判、汇报等工作；
12、协助卖场做好房东关系维护工作，处理租赁纠纷等。
任职资格要求：
1、大专及以上学历，专业不限；
2、1年以上商业地产、房产销售或招商工作经验；
3、熟练操作电脑，熟练运用办公自动化软件，会CAD操作；
4、有房地产、法律相关知识，具有一定的市场分析能力；
5、较高的职业道德修养，具有较强的沟通能力，具有较强的谈判能力。

Five Star history
With 10 years history, Five Star is a professional retailer of CE appliance in China. Founded in December 1998, Five Star was originated from air-conditioner wholesale and retail operation. Since 1999 Five Star began to develop retail business and opened 70 air-conditioner Franchise stores in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces. In April 2001 Five Star was innovative to open “consumer electronic appliance stores” in Nanjing, which focused on low cost concept and provided diversified products and competitive price for customers. In 2002 Five Star began to expend and opened many stores all over Jiangsu Province. In 2003 Five Star opened stores in Anhui Province and operated business successfully out of Jiangsu Province. In 2005 Five Star opened stores in Zhejiang, Henan, Sichuan, Yunnan and Shandong provinces. In May 2006, Five Star successfully accomplished the joint venture relationship with Best Buy, world largest appliance and consumer electronics retailer, and began to develop Chinese market by “dual -brand” strategy.
