This position will assist the Controller with maintaining the accounting records in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, issuing external and internal financial statements.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

Manage month-end close process for parent company.

· Assist with balance sheet reconciliation review.

· Develop and improve internal controls and accounting procedures. Minimize manual effort and ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, legal, audit and regulatory requirements.

· Lead all aspects of the external audits, including field work, preparation and review of audited financial statements and facilitating audit status/update meetings.

· Provide accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing relevant financial information;

· Assist FP&A with monthly variance analysis.

· Prepare ad hoc reports and work on projects as needed

· Other duties, as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.

Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years supervisory experience required. Prior large accounting firm background and health care industry preferred.

    公司下属厦门麦克奥迪医学检验所，系福建省卫生厅批准设立的第三方病理实验室。独立开展临床医学检验和病理科业务，接受各类临床体液、血液及组织病理学、各类细胞学、分子病理标本检测等。检验所拥有专业技术骨干近30人，其中有正高职3人，副高职1人，主治医生4人，技师20人，以及外籍专家2人。
