With the rapid expanding of tire business on E-commerce platforms, providing products, services & promotions proposals that are sustainable for the strategic cooperation with platforms , which can expand the coverage of products and market share in platforms and improve our brand awareness & brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

·As online channel operation specialist, this role will plan target, land with operation plan details and review sales results and other relevant KPI & ROI.

·Fulfil business integration online to offline, including cross channel /functional business partnership development, target setting, based on business model alignment to develop roadmap and take key actions.

·O2O project including leading new business development from beginning & rolling out to controlled stores. The candidate will oversee the platforms’ target setting, budget allocation, setting up with operation plans and system development process.

·The role also requires understanding of Existing online platforms character and channel operation rules, Fully integrating T-mall, TUHU, JD & other E-commerce channels. Candidates shall plan and lead sales operation and marketing activities including promotions to meet platform development needs , grow steadily sales volume and meantime to drive profit by consolidating products MIX.

·Online Key account management, arrange top to top meetings and align target & resources, enhance partners’ relationship, review results and set up improvement plan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least a University degree, major in E-commerce preferred.

• At least 5+ years of E-Commerce platforms hands on experience

• Fluency in English language is required

• Data driven planning, being able to balance between sales and profit

• B2C retailing management experience is a must

• Preferred FMCG background with good understanding of consumer centric spirit and deliver brand image while remaining operational excellence

• Self-starter & motivated, passionate to job tasks

• Quick to adapt and eager to learn

• Logic & analytical mindset

• Being able to handle conflict or challenge with good internal personal skill

Some amount of travelling is required
