The position is fully responsible for………………

1. Sales
   - OE(Machine manufacturers) :            China Domestic and Non-Domestic manufacturers
   - Replacement :                                    Mining(Open-pit, Underground), Quarry, Construction, Port etc.

    

2. Engineering activity
   - Sales after service:                            Periodical visit to customers, conduct tire performance
                                                                  improvement activity
   - Claim handling:                                 Claim check, making report, claim settlement
   - New product development:               Gathering info & needs at customer side, creating brand new
                                                                 concept product

3. Solution business creation
   - Create new business scheme:          Changing battle field from competitors 
   - Eliminating customer’s pain point:     Finding customer’s pain points through communication, coming
                                                                  up with the method to take away those pain points 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Focusing on customer’s interest, and creating new value to customer and society.

• Frequent communication with customer and teammates is required to accomplish the tasks efficiently and in timely manner.

• High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success

Language proficiency: English is mandatory  (other language(s) are added advantage)
