工作职责:

The AMHS engineer is responsible for 300mm semiconductor AMHS (Automated Material Handling System) or area automation equipment (FOUP, FOUP cleaner, Bare Wafer Stocker, sorter, N2 purge station, and ASRS) handling for new Fab startup and manufacturing volume ramp in YMTC FAB-1.

?Complete all required safety training and ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with YMTC’s safety policies.

?Projects and programs to meet goals for new FAB startup, yield, quality and mass production.

?Design, implement, and Improve AMHS and area automation equipment to drive IT achievement of the company goal.

?Work closely with other IT teams to integrate AMHS and area automation equipment seamlessly to the whole FAB manufacturing IT systems.

任职资格:

? BS, or MS in a technical field or equivalent experience. Previous supervisory experience is beneficial.

? Mandarin and English proficiency required. Ability to communicate and present technical material effectively.

?Advanced understanding of 300mm semiconductor AMHS hardware and software.

?Advanced area automation equipment knowledge

?Proven ability to troubleshoot difficult problems and address root causes

?Proven ability in proactive problem solving, taking accountability and open communication

?Proven ability to solicit feedback, accept input and analyze success/failure.

?Proven ability in the use of potential problem analysis or FMEA to guide critical decisions.

understand the related knowledge of the low voltage electrical work, and cooperate with the special operation certificate before it is put on duty.
