工作职责:

1. Device/process simulation using TCAD tools;
2. To provide TCAD simulation for CMOS device and process development and optimization;
3. To provide mechanism understanding and solutions on CMOS device, process and reliability issues encountered in mass production.
4. To coordinate with device design and process integration teams on device tuning and process optimization, in order to meet the circuit design requirement.

任职资格:

1. MS/PhD degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
2. More than 2-year TCAD simulation experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of device physics;
4. Experience with Synopsys simulation tools;
5. Experience of process integration in wafer foundry industries will be preferred;
6. Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
