3. Productivity improvement by process activities.

4. Process application and maintenance OI set up.

5. Production line stability maintain.

6. Indirect material budget plan and control.

7. Cost saving plan set up and 2nd source evaluation.

8. New Technology transfer and ramp up schedule control.

9. Process evaluation to support new tool model qualification.

10. Capacity optimization.

11. Personnel job performance review and improvement.

12. Build up and sustain reticle defense lines and sustain mask room.

任职资格:

"Major in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.

2. Have high volume production experiences in advanced photo process, min 3 years Fab Manufacturing/Engineering managerial experienced is preferred.
