Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to VIP/Long Stay/Fraser World/Returning guests through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
为VIP/长住客/会员/二返客人自入住到离店期间,为他们提供亲切友好、及时有效的个性化服务。
Review arrival lists for arrivals of all VIP’s, returning guests and Fraser World members to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests.
参照来客单为VIP/二返客人/会员检查房间配置、设施和客人的特殊要求。
Prepare requisitions for amenities on a timely basis.
及时准备客人对房间的各项要求。
Assist with check-ins/check-outs of VIP/Long Stay and Fraser World guests.
协助办理VIP、长住客和会员的入住、退房手续。
Greet VIP/Long Stay and Fraser World guests upon arrival and bid farewell upon their departure
及时向VIP、长住客和会员来店和离店时问好和告别。
Room VIP/Long Stay/Fraser World/new Guests
为VIP、长住客和会员排房。
Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contacts to ensure excellent service delivery
与离店客人和必要的外部客人保持联络以保证优质的服务。
Ensure all VIPs, returning guests and Fraser World members consistently receive all benefits, special recognition and service from all departments.

Recognize, attend and follow up to special requests by guests.

Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of VIP/Long Stay and Fraser World guests

Assist Guest Service Manager with guest complain handling and follows up on corrective action.
协助宾客服务经理处理客人投诉并采取补救措施。
Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follows up on corrective action when Guest Service Manager’s off
处理客人投诉,必要时满足客人要求,并在宾客服务经理下班后跟进补救措施。
Compile, analyze and control guest relations’ costs.
计划、分析和控制宾客关系费用。
Attend recreation/Long Stay Residents activities
参与长住客活动。
Overall responsible for ensuring and maintaining the entire range of services offered for all VIP’s, Long Stay guests and Fraser World members with the aim to maximize guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
学历
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalen
具有酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相关的学士学位或大专水平。
Experience –
经验
1 years experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
拥有1年前厅或宾客服务工作经验,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
