职位描述
岗位职责：
1.对学员的学习全过程予以专业指导、监督、答疑，确保学员完成学习目标；
2.定期跟班做课堂观摩，了解班级学员学习情况并做好记录，及时进行课程反馈，提升客户满意度；
3.负责学员课程管理，确保课程进度，完成课消、续读销售指标，达成推荐销售；
4.与客户保持沟通并及时收集客户诉求，解决客户疑虑，提升服务质量及客户满意度；
5.组织开展各种校内外活动，丰富学员在校学习体验；
任职要求：
1、优秀的客户服务意识；
2、具有较强的责任心、耐心、进取心，对工作负责，态度热情；
3、具有较强的团队意识及服务意识，良好的沟通、组织和管理能力；
4、英语及教育学专业优先；英语专八（TEM-8）或有海外留学、工作经历者优先；

i2 is part of the North American Educational Group (NAEG), an educational organization founded in North America in 1983, specializing in international cultural exchanges for students with outstanding abilities and achievements. This program helps to expand cross-cultural communication among outstanding students from secondary and post-secondary schools around the world. Thousands of students benefit from this program every year.
In 2006, NAEG entered China and established i2 Educational Group, providing curricula exclusively by foreign teachers in language and culture learning and personal development. Other programs can include the Personal Development Education Center, Au Pair, study tours, studying abroad, and immigration services.
As of 2015, i2 has 50campuses in mainland China, 21 of which are located in Chengdu and has more than 1,000 staff members. Our faculty consists exclusively of foreign teachers with proper qualifications and abundant experience.
