Responsibilities include:

1. Lead a team around 20 staff to support busienss with efficiency and high controllership.

2. Build and monitor operation KPIs with principal focus on cost out initiatives. Set up goals for the team and drive the team to achieve the goals

3. Identify and deliver process improvements that reduce costs, increase controllership, maximize free cash flow and improve team performance. Driving alignment of key business processes globally.

4. Develop and analyze key performance metrics to drive insight into inefficiencies and offer solutions to correct defects on a large scale.

5. Interrogate data to gain a strong business understanding that will help deliver on the above goals.

6. Build relationships with key business owners to quickly identifies areas of operational efficiency and driving results

7. Present to senior leadership on department performance and project updates

 

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree

2. 8-10 years of experience in accounting, finance field

3. 3+ years of people management experience

4. Workable Japanese skill

5. Experience with understanding complex process flows and driving process improvements.

6. Demonstrated the skills of data analysis and drive solutions with data analysis

7. Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks

8. Independent and Entrepreneurial showing the ability to work with minimal direction

9. Proven project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, and follow through to a successful conclusion

10. Comprehensive written and Oral English skills

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:

1. CPA or CMA is preferred

2. MNC experience preferred

3. JLPT-N1 preferred
