Job Purpose:

 

Provide instrumentation engineering services/expertise to the other sections of the Project Department and Messer China JV/WOFEs.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Support and define the design of instrumentation & control systems (gas plants, application technology, DCS configuration, field instrumentation) for new plants, installations, and existing plant modifications to ensure that they are:

• Safe

Responsibilities:

 

• Support and define the design of instrumentation & control systems (gas plants, application technology, DCS configuration, field instrumentation) for new plants, installations, and existing plant modifications to ensure that they are:

• Safe

• Cost Effective

• In line with domestic and international standards

• Supervise the installation and conduct independently the commissioning of the above equipment during new plant project。

• Be responsible for DCS \PLC control system configure for new plant

• Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of the above equipment;

• Train staff of the companies in the operations and maintenance of the above equipment;

• Audit compliance of all companies on conformance to safe practices in the operations of the above electrical equipment.

  Qualifications:

   

• Bachelor degree in Instrumentation and control Engineering;

• 
  

• Familiar with DCS、PLC configure，such as Siemens PCS7 and Tia portal or Honeywell PKS, with above  3 years configuring and programming experience.

• Above 7  years experience  in design/engineering of relevant equipment ,

• Sound knowledge of operation/maintenance of relevant equipment;

• Sufficient English communication skills;

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently
