We re looking for talent of Senior C++ developper.

Your job area will be from high throughput low latency exchange gateway to market making trading platform and distributed automatic trading system. You will have a great opportunity to take part in designing and applying top technologies into high scalable trading system.

1. C/C++ are our primary languages. We expect they are some of the best tools in your toolbox. We also use Ruby, Python and any other useful tools to solve problems. Being familiar with one of some popular dynamic languages or functional languages could give you a better chance.

2 ，Formal trading system development experience, especially that focusing on Chinese market may give you bonus scores.

3. We speak in Chinese & English and we expect you have no problem with that.

我们希望您可以流畅地使用中文和英文进行交流。

4. Your performance profiling, tuning and debugging skill is a plus. We care run-time performance all the time.

5. Making working time more comfortable is one of our primary pursuits, that s why we ask our workstations to do as much testing work as possible. It would definitely be terrific if you can ask them to do even more.

6. We are developing on both Windows & Linux. You are expected to be good at one of them or even both.

7. We expect you are familiar with Agile/SCRAM software development.

8. We expect you have project management and team management experience.
