岗位职责：

1、负责购物中心工程设备的维护维修以及中央空调等设备运行、维护、维修等工作；

2、商户装修管理、报事报修；

任职资格：

1、中专及以上学历，48岁以下；

2、具有1年以上住宅、写字楼、购物中心工程维修工作经验；

3、具有较强的专业技能（强电、弱电、暖通、综合维修、给排水）。

4、入职每满半年增加工龄工资50元/月，上限300元/月；

入职即购买社保，并根据技能水平确定转正薪资。
