成都招聘

1、全面负责购物中心工程及物业部门的建设与业务管理；

2、负责购物中心工程和物业方面的图纸审核与确认，对装修过程提供技术支持与监督管理以及装修验收；

3、负责审核和监督各项目所需设备的采购需求。

4、负责组织制定和完善工程管理、维修管理、物业管理、技术档案资料管理等各类标准化制度，并推进实施。

5、负责指导和监督设施、设备、系统运行、检查、保养、维修工作的日常运行管理和监督。

6、协助审批项目设备更新、工程改造、重大维修计划。

7、制定物业管理制度，协助制度的贯彻与执行，并对执行情况进行监督。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历；

2、 5年以上大型物业（商业项目）工程物业相关管理经验，3年以上购物中心工程物业相关管理经验；

3、熟悉商用物业管理和国家有关法律法规及规范；

4、熟悉商业物业建筑、结构及各种工程设备设施，熟悉强弱电、空调、水暖、消防等系统的原理；

5、具备良好的沟通能力及高度的责任心，熟悉项目管理，有处理突发事件的应变能力。
