岗位职责:

1.商业项目客服体系的搭建与完善；

2.商业项目客服团队的日常管理；

3.公区内客诉的协调处理（计划）；

4.每月总结汇报报事完结率；

5.服务台及播音室管理

6.会员招募及大宗顾客拜访

任职资格:

1.3年以上相关工作经验，有购物中心、百货行业或酒店工作经验者优先。

2.形象气质较好，工作勤快积极，善于沟通。
