成都招聘

1.负责办公区会议室管理、公司内部会议筹办（如半年、年会）；

2.负责公司差旅管理，对机票、团体出行安排，相关差旅费用等管理；

3.负责部门预算和经费，参与年度、半年度预算编制，部门费用管理；

4.负责对公司管理团队行程、会议和日常事务的安排，以及公司管理层外出出差、交流行程安排统筹等。

5.负责公司文控管理，包括处理各函件、证件相关事务；

6.负责公司办公事务管理，及时做好办公区日常管理、维护；办公事务台账月度、季度回顾；

7.负责公司接待服务工作，完成外部来访，交流等接待工作。

8. 负责固定资产管理，以及公司固定资产、低值易耗品申请采购及盘点等工作；

9.负责档案管理，包括建档、抽查等。

    任职资格:

1.本科及以上学历，3年以上大型企业行政工作管理经验；

2.擅长沟通、时间管理能力强、崇尚高工作效率，具备较强的服务意识及团队精神；

3、熟练使用Office相关办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）和各种办公自动化设备；

4、有良好的文字处理能力、组织沟通协调能力。

5、谈吐流畅，自信大方，外向开朗。
