1.全面负责购物中心客服管理体系、流程维护建设与组织实施；

2.全面制定落实购物中心客户服务以及顾客投诉各项具体工作，提高顾客满意度；

3.全面制定落实会员管理工作，基于精准分类开展全面的会员营销活动，维护壮大会员群体，提升会员满意度及忠诚度；

4.多渠道（线上线下）获取会员基础数据、会员行为习惯和偏好，进行360度全面会员分析与管理；

5.全面制定落实购物卡营销工作，做好购物卡销售客户维护及拓展工作，提升购物卡销售额；

6.负责部门内部的管理，配合公司其他部门开展业务工作。

任职要求：

1.统招本科及以上学历，市场营销、旅游管理、酒店管理等相关专业

2擅长客户关系处理，确保客户满意度；

3有会员管理经验、有大型会员活动统筹管理经验，精通会员管理模式，善于通过数据对会员偏好进行分析，针对性展开会员活动；

4熟悉商业卡务、团购等相关工作；

5有较强的资源协调整合能力。
