1.职位：助理咨询顾问

您的角色:

·协助团队经理对职位说明进行分析以及搜寻合适的候选人

·协助团队经理对不同的职能进行市场信息收集以及研究

·通过不同的渠道寻找候选人，进行电话或面对面和候选人交流，并为合作客户判别合适的候选人

·安排候选人和客户的面试并跟进面试的流程和细则

Associate Consultants:

Key Responsibilities:

· Make search lists of target companies and candidates.

· Collect and screen CVs according to job specifications and requirements from clients.

· Support Team Leader in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates, and arrange face to face interviews.

· Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.

· In depth analyze and draw the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates. Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced.

· Present the profile to Team Leader to further justify the candidates.

· Ensure the candidate revised profile is keyed into the system.

· Make cold calls to unknown candidates.

· Support the Team Leader to fulfil the performance targets/ goals set by management.

· Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.

· Ensure to follow the company process and procedure to get the work done.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following background and qualities:

· Bachelor or above

· 1~3 years working experience

· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Good English in both written & spoken, skilful in computer operation

· Willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure
