岗位职责：

1.负责热线咨询电话的接听、客户邀约，挖掘客户实际需求，帮助客户了解公司的服务，提供个性化课程咨询；

2.接待上门来访的客户，协助外教进行学员英语水平测试，了解学员的学习需求，并帮助学员制定合适的学习计划，推荐对应课程；

3.按照公司的销售流程，完成销售任务；

4.建立和完善潜在客户和学员的数据库，并积极开发内外部资源；

5.与学员建立良好的关系，确保学员完成学习目标，提高学员满意度；

6.协助校区其他部门工作，实现个人与团队价值的共同提升。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，有一年及以上销售或咨询类相关工作经验，教育培训行业经验者优先；

2、英语口语听说熟练，可与外籍同事流畅沟通；

3、形象气质佳，亲和力、目标感强；

4、有爱心、责任心，应变能力强，具备团队合作意识。

5、有强烈进取心，抗压能力强。

工作地点：（成都青羊区、温江区、金牛区、温江区-就近分配）

中海国际校区/成外校区/郫都校区/华侨城

金沙校区/龙湾校区/鹭岛校区/优品道校区/翠微校区

工作时间：

轮班制，早班：9：00-17：30   中班：10:00~18:30  晚班：13：00-21：00

i2 is part of the North American Educational Group (NAEG), an educational organization founded in North America in 1983, specializing in international cultural exchanges for students with outstanding abilities and achievements. This program helps to expand cross-cultural communication among outstanding students from secondary and post-secondary schools around the world. In 2006, NAEG entered China and established i2 Educational Group, providing curricula exclusively by foreign teachers in language and culture learning and personal development.
