主要职责：

1、供应商管理，负责供应商开发、维护、跟踪及评估，维护供应商资源。

2、账期管理，负责供应商付款资金和账期的计划制定。

3、成本管理，提高供应商一次交付合格率，计划并实施降本方案。

4、团队建设，完善部门工作流程和规范，带教下属达成目标。

 

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历（机械制造或电子专业毕业背景），5年以上采购/供应链工作经验，其中包括3年以上的管理经验，熟悉电子类、结构类、机械类物料资源。

2、具有良好的沟通能力，团队协作与贡献的精神。

3、具有应变意识和能力，妥善处理各类突发事件。

4、具有一定的数据分析能力和意识。

5、责任心强，能够承受较强工作压力。
