工作职责:

-Designing analog and mixed-signal ICs.

-Management products utilizing leading edge sub-micron CMOS technologies.

-Developing state of the art products that include op amps, comparators, band-gap, linear low-drop regulator, high-accuracy ADCs, and power supply control algorithms etc.

-Design layout floor-plan, and check the layout of IC blocks.

-Testing and characterization of IC blocks and chip.

-Minimum BS/MS in Electronic Engineering.

-More than 2 years experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design.

-Good knowledge in developing analog blocks (LDO, IOPAD etc.) under 55nm digital process.

-Familiar with SPICE simulation tools and hands-on experience in design basic analog building.

-Familiar with MATLAB, Verilog-A or C is a plus.

-Strong Communication skills, high level of intelligence, self-motivation and aggressiveness.

-Fluency in English and Mandarin required.

任职资格:

-Responsible for analog IC products (power management) development as market request.

-Complete design of low & high voltage CMOS circuit, SPICE simulation.

- Co-work with Layout Engineer for layout procedure and responsible for IC design and evaluation in power management products.

-At least 1years analog design experience, have good knowledge and design experience in power management IC.
