岗位职责：

1. 负责卫生用品产品线(婴儿纸尿裤\卫生巾\纸巾)全面质量战略的拟定，配合企业发展战略的需要全面负责企业的质量管理工作；

2. 组织制定质量方针、政策和制度，建立相应的质量目标；审核并不断优化质量管控策略、流程、制度及操作规范；负责集团ISO9001、ISO22000、HACCP等体系及国家相关认证标准的全面建设推动；

3. 负责集团产品包装标示标签的审核及国家相关婴儿护理产品质量安全法律法规的收集、转化、运用；

4. 负责婴儿护理产品线所有产品及产品配套原辅材料的质量标准建设；

5. OEM加工产品过程监控；

6. 负责集团检验检测资源分配及业务指导；

7. 负责售后服务、内外部客户质量投诉的处理；对顾客或供方重大质量问题或质量事故，组织并指导相关部门人员进行问题分析，明确问题原因，落实改进方法与责任，并负责组织追踪解决效果，不断提升产品品质，提高客户满意度；

8. 主持召开重大的质量专题会议，协调各部门的配合，开展重大质量改善和成本降低项目；按月提交质量报告；

9. 负责部门团队建设、人员管理，组织开展质量管理相关的业务培训和质量工具的培训，提升员工质量意识，提升质量管理水平。

任职资格：

1. 本科以上学历，卫生护理用品5年以上质量安全管理经验；

2. 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系、了解纸尿裤各项原材料检测、了解产品工艺流程、熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法；

3. 具备对接国际质量体系等领域的实战经验，能熟练运用各种质量管理工具及办公软件，熟悉各种仪器设备的检验技术、使用方法；

4. 具备良好的质量管理理念、有较强的系统策划能力和沟通能力、优秀的领导能力、分析解决问题的能力，判断与决策能力、计划与执行能力、沟通协调能力、谈判能力；

5. 事业心强、原则性强，勇于面对挑战，能承受较高的工作压力，能按时按质完成上级领导交给的工作任务。
