岗位职责：

同系统策划组长及主策划一起，完成以下工作：游戏内角色和敌人的系统设计和搭建，AI调试，设计技能和装备系统，撰写其他相关设计文档。 

1. 为《铃兰计划》设计角色，包括新敌人的战斗行为；

2. 同动画设计师一起，设计并制作战斗动画资源；

3. 利用UE4引擎的行为树工具调试敌人AI；

4. 管理和调整玩家战斗体验。

任职要求：

1. 对制作《铃兰计划》的工作有热情；

2. 大专以上学历；

3. 熟练使用Office工具完成和团队沟通的设计文档；

4. 可以使用或有意愿学习UE4引擎。

满足以下条件者优先考虑：

有3D游戏制作经验；

有射击游戏关卡制作经验；

有UNITY、UE等3D引擎使用经验；

英语四级或以上。
